• Platform Services: Services delivered through Fiverr, Upwork, and direct contracts

Payment terms vary based on the service platform and project scope:

• Fiverr Projects: Payment processed through Fiverr's secure payment system
• Upwork Projects: Payment processed through Upwork's platform according to their terms
• Direct Contracts: 50% upfront payment required, remainder due upon project completion
• Recurring Services: Monthly billing with payment due within 7 days of invoice
• Rush Orders: Additional 50% fee for expedited delivery (under 48 hours)

We are committed to delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes:

• Standard Video Editing: 3-7 business days depending on complexity
• Web Development: 1-4 weeks based on project scope and requirements
• Brand Design: 5-10 business days for complete brand packages
• Rush Delivery: Available for additional fee with 24-48 hour turnaround
• Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions included in base price

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our work:

• Included Revisions: Up to 3 rounds of revisions at no additional cost
• Additional Revisions: $25-$50 per round depending on complexity
• Major Changes: Significant scope changes may require new project agreement
• Revision Timeline: Each revision round completed within 2-3 business days
• Client Feedback: Detailed feedback required within 7 days to proceed

Ownership and usage rights are clearly defined:

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own all final deliverables
• Work-in-Progress: We retain rights to work until final payment is received
• Portfolio Usage: We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio
• Third-Party Assets: Client responsible for licensing of requested third-party content
• Source Files: Provided upon request for additional fee
• Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information

To ensure successful project completion, clients must:

• Provide Materials: Supply all necessary content, assets, and information promptly
• Clear Communication: Provide detailed briefs and timely feedback
• Payment: Make payments according to agreed terms
• Legal Compliance: Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Realistic Expectations: Understand project limitations and technical constraints
• Availability: Be available for consultations and approval processes

Cancellation policies protect both parties:

• Client Cancellation: 48-hour notice required for cancellation
• Work Completed: Payment due for all completed work up to cancellation point
• Refund Policy: Partial refunds available based on work completed
• Our Cancellation: Full refund provided if we cannot complete the project
• Force Majeure: Neither party liable for delays due to circumstances beyond control

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Maximum Liability: Limited to the total amount paid for the specific project
• Indirect Damages: Not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
• Third-Party Claims: Client indemnifies us against claims related to their content
• Technical Issues: Not responsible for platform-specific technical limitations
• Data Loss: Client responsible for backing up their own data and files

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently:

• Direct Communication: First attempt to resolve through direct discussion
• Mediation: Professional mediation if direct resolution fails
• Platform Resolution: Use Fiverr/Upwork resolution systems when applicable
• Governing Law: Disputes governed by laws of service provider's jurisdiction
• Good Faith: Both parties commit to good faith resolution efforts

These terms may be updated periodically:

• Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
• Notification: Clients will be notified of significant changes
• Effective Date: Changes take effect immediately upon posting
• Continued Use: Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms
